Termite Control Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce & Nearby Cities
According to the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), termites cause an estimated $5 billion in damages each year. Worse yet, termites often do significant damage before they are even detected. So instead of letting your greatest investment become another statistic, let us protect your home from these wood-destroying pests!
Our Approach To Termite Control
Chances are, you know your home needs termite protection, but you just don’t have time to deal with the issue. We understand and want to make protecting your greatest asset as easy as possible, which is why our team is thoroughly trained to identify and eliminate subterranean, formosan, and drywood termites—the three species commonly found throughout South Florida. Learn more about our termite treatments:
1. Termite Inspection
Before we begin, we will perform a termite inspection in and around your home. We’ll then document which species of termites are present and where they are active. This process helps us determine which treatment to use for your unique termite problem.
2. Termite Treatment
If you are dealing with subterranean termites, your home will receive a chemical barrier treatment. During this service, we will dig a trench around your home to carefully contain the termiticide. Not only does this treatment kill subterranean termites on contact, but it also acts as a protective barrier against reentry for years to come.
3. Termite Fumigation
If you are dealing with drywood termites, your home will receive a fumigation treatment. For this service, we will measure your home to calculate the volume, cover your home with a tarp to seal in the treatment, and release a fumigant to eliminate termites nesting within the wood. Best of all, our termite fumigation treatment is guaranteed and can be transferred to another owner if you decided to sell your home.
4. Warranty + Renewals
We guarantee both of our termite control services for one year. After this time has elapsed, you can extend your warranty for an affordable and pre-agreed fee. This warranty can be renewed annually and is subject to inspection. If termites return during your coverage window, we will re-treat your home at no additional cost to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do your termite treatments last?
The answer to this question depends on the treatment you receive! Liquid termite treatments, when properly applied, have been shown to protect your home from subterranean termites for years. Fumigation treatments, on the other hand, completely wipe out drywood termites nesting within your wood. Either way, we recommend that you renew your termite warranty so we can perform our annual inspection and give you the long-term peace of mind you deserve.
Are fumigation & tenting Treatments The Same Thing?
Yes! Fumigation and tenting treatments are two sides of the same coin. If you are dealing with drywood termites, your home will receive a fumigation treatment. We also perform this treatment if you are dealing with a bed bug infestation.
Do I need To Treat My Whole Home For Termites?
Getting rid of termites is no easy task. Depending on the species, they often have large, elaborate nests spread in and around your home. To fully eliminate them, we highly recommend that you treat your entire home. The reason being missing one colony could result in another termite infestation down the road.

“Customer service was superb on the phone and in person when Mike came to spray. They are not shy about reminding you of their guarantee and I would say they encourage you to take advantage of it if you see any issues after a week. They simply want to ensure that their customers are happy. I would recommend without hesitation.”

“The condo we rented on Hutchinson used HITMAN and we thought they provided such a great service that we decided to use them for our new home.
